The MPB series magnetic drive gear pump is a new type of gear pump. The gears are made of high-performance engineering plastic PEEK, and the housing and gear shaft are made of high-quality 316L stainless steel. The sealing ring (FKM) structure is sealed, which has stronger wear resistance and high temperature resistance, and is more stable. By coupling internal and external magnetic drives to transmit power, leak free transportation can be achieved. Instructions for installation and use
1. Take out the inlet and outlet plugs and install the matching threaded joints. The inlet and outlet joints of the pump must be wound around the raw meal belt, especially at the inlet, if there is air leakage, there will be no suction.
2. The pump should be as close to the liquid source as possible, and the size of the inlet and outlet pipes should not be smaller than the size of the pump body joints, and the length of the pipe should be shortened as much as possible.
3. When installing, install in the direction indicated by the arrow on the end cover, otherwise the liquid will not be sucked up.
4. Please ensure that there is liquid in the pump body, if you do not use the removal pipe for a long time, please install the plug to protect the gear. Failure to do so will result in permanent damage to the pump.
5. When the pump is used for the first time, please flush the pump pipeline, and the inlet pipe is equipped with a filter nozzle, and the filtration accuracy requires the diameter of the particles in the liquid to be less than 20 microns.
6. When the pump is working continuously, please cool down the pump in time.
